Around 1997

Lee was beginning to feel ill most of the time. He would later find out that his condition was terminal.

Lee and his crew were doing a great job of scanning posting Dolcetts' images even though they
all did not live locally at the time. At one time Lee was living in Hacienda Heights, CA
Other artists like Dean and Ahearn began sending their black and white and color drawings to
Lee to have posted and share with dedicated fans. Lee retained all of the original artwork from all of these artists.

In addition to drawings and color art, Lee also had stacks of photos that he
and others had taken during each "gasping" session.

He had scanned all of the photos but was reluctant to post them on an archive that primarily
featured Dolcett's (and others) drawings and art.

As it would happen, I had seen many of the scans of Dolcetts that Lee was posting and found an email for him.
I sent him an email and asked if I could have only a few of the original scans to post on my web site
Retrotek's House of Gaspers. I told him that I had a few other artist being represented there and gave him some names.
Crishj, Shooter 45, D-Que, Preston, Tyrone and others.

Lee asked for the URL of my site so he could take a look.
