If you are unable to use the javascript menu on the previous page
then there are a few things that may be happening.

1. You are using a web browser that the "house" is not yet written for.

2. You are using GOGGLE CHROME and have not yet installed JAVA or set it to active.

You have not yet installed JAVA
NOTE: When you elect to install JAVA you will be given some options to install other software.
I you do not want it then uncheck the box for that software.

Once you have checked or install the current up-to-date version of Java for your browser
Go back to the home page and RELOAD the page and see if the black upper menu appears.
If not then just continue to use this menu which you will find a link to on most pages.
